· All prices are in US currency for all events.
· Georgia Sports & Event Marketing purchases event tickets on the secondary (free and fluctuating)
market. Thus, prices can change at any time. However all prices are guaranteed at the time the order is
confirmed and a deposit payment is made.
· A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
· No refunds or exchanges shall be given once order has been placed. Should the event be cancelled in
its entirety, Georgia Sports & Event Marketing will refund the face value of the ticket or issue a full
credit towards a future event.
· Postponement or time changes of the event due to weather, acts of God or any other outside force, or
cancellation of partial performances is beyond the control of Georgia Sports & Event Marketing
therefore, no refund shall be given. Tickets must be returned within 7 days of the cancelled event, along
with your receipt.
· Georgia Sports & Event Marketing is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
· Customers shall be notified when their tickets are ready for pick up or delivery.
· Georgia Sports & Event Marketing is not affiliated with (nor implies affiliation with) The ACC
Conference, MLB, NASCAR, NBA, NCAA, NHL, NFL, PGA, USTA, Augusta National Golf
Club, The British Open, The Ryder Cup, US Open Golf, US Open Tennis, any other sports related
organization listed herein, TicketMaster, or any other ticket agency, box office, or venue in any way.
· Georgia Sports & Event Marketing is an independent, privately owned full service ticket agency which
is Licensed (#4526) in good standing by the State of Georgia.
· The purchase price includes a service charge which reflects our costs and the difficulty in obtaining
premium seats and/or hard to get tickets.
· Georgia Sports & Event Marketing reserves the right to provide upgrades to a better class ticket for all
ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer.
· A 30-50% deposit may be placed with full payment due 8 - 10 weeks prior to the event.
· All deposits are non-refundable.
· A Fax authorization credit card charge form may be requested for credit card purchases. Photocopies
of credit card and drivers license, plus billing address of cardholder must be provided for verification
purposes.
· If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for new date.
